Free Consultation
The consultation service is used to establish your requirements and provide a ROM document. This will detail the expected scope and costs and establishes whether we are the right people to help you. If the ROM expects under 10 hours effort the result of the free consultation can be used as an estimate.
More than 10 hours will require time at consultancy rates to create a full project plan. This will provide a road-map with detailed resource requirements and delivery expectations.

Support and Maintenance
Few applications operate without the need for some modification over time. Software manufacturers work hard to predict what changes can be expected and build in flexible configuration options to reduce patches and revisions. This amount of effort is not practical for in house software and the ever changing nature of the Internet.
Only you can judge what support your business will need and which systems need protection.
While we may not have experience of a specific program we maybe able to diagnose issues caused by the operating system or other software. Anything from protecting an IIS or Linux Apache web server from a DDOS attack to removing a corrupt print queue that has caused your mainframe/midi RPG program to crash.
You can choose to pay standard rates as and when required or negotiate a priority rate for a set number of hours each month. The basic plan is £47/hour for three hours per month or you can negotiate more to your requirements.
Disaster Recovery Review
Have you ever considered the implication of losing access to your computer systems? What would be the impact if one of more of these systems failed:-
- Your web server or one of it’s sub systems (database software, software licenses, hardware failure etc).
- Your local access to the Internet
- Licensed software
- Hardware failure such as a hard disk
- The backup you need right now
- Electricity failure
Taking regular backups are important, but just as important is the ability to recover from them, have you tested them lately? It is easy to become complacent and believe your backups are in good shape. One way to ensure your backups work and can be recovered is to appoint a member of your staff. Unfortunately this kind of duty may not sit well with senior staff, fare better they focus on their expertise. Even if you have a reliable resource willing to handle the review are they passionate enough to protect your data? Would it be fair to burden them with such a high responsibility?
We offer two services:
| Disaster Recovery Review | £47/Hour |
| Monthly Disaster Recovery Testing | £47/Hour |
The Disaster Recovery Review provides a plan to modify the current processes in place, should they be required, along with license and contact information for each system used by the company. Comprehensive documentation written for management and backup operator that can be kept up to date should you choose to adopt the Monthly Disaster Recovery Testing service tool.
Disaster Recovery Testing will prove a complete restore is available and certify the most recent working backup copies. A quarterly or biannual complete re-build test can be arranged for critical systems.
